Peachtree Life Settlements Closes on Additional Financing

Boynton Beach, April 4, 2007 – Peachtree Life Settlements announced today that it has closed on a new financing facility for the purchase of life settlements. The new facility will provide Peachtree Life Settlements with capacity to purchase approximately $650 Million of life insurance assets. Together with another credit facility which Peachtree closed on in March the firm is now has committed financing which should allow it to acquire more than $2 billion in life insurance policies.
